Job summary

T-Mobile Store-in-Store Mobile Associates are the face of T-Mobile inside a warehouse/club kiosk setting, delivering energy, passion, and expertise in fast-paced environments. You will educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions while providing outstanding customer experiences to help keep customers connected to what matters most.

Role requires a High School Diploma/GED and typically 6 months of customer service/sales in retail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment, using digital tools and demonstrating T-Mobile benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; continuously learn and share knowledge to improve customer experience.
• Engage customers, build rapport, drive sales activity, follow up with referrals, and manage Be Back processes.
