Job summary

T-Mobile Store-in-Store Mobile Associates are the face of T-Mobile inside a warehouse/club kiosk, delivering energy, passion, and expertise to every customer interaction. You’ll work in a high-traffic setting where technology evolves and customer needs shift, educating and recommending solutions while keeping customers connected to what matters most.

The position requires at least a high school diploma and 6 months of customer service or retail sales experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred in retail.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and showcases the value of T-Mobile's benefits.
• Complete training on the store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; participate in skills practice and knowledge sharing.
• Build rapport with customers, provide exceptional service, and drive sales by leveraging referrals and Be Back processes.
