Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to be the face of T-Mobile inside a warehouse/club kiosk setting. You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and connect with shoppers in a high-traffic store to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educates customers, and showcases the value of T-Mobile benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, new skills, products, processes, and systems; participate in knowledge sharing and store operations.
• Provide exceptional service, build rapport and loyalty, attract potential customers, follow up, collect referrals, and manage Be Back processes.
