Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store to bring the T-Mobile brand to life at National Sales partner locations. You will engage with a broad range of customers, educate them on devices and services, and use solution-based selling to meet sales targets in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.

You will undergo comprehensive training on products, processes and systems, while supporting in-store operations and onboarding.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and demonstrates T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and onboard customers to self-serve via the T-Mobile app.
• Receive training on the in-store experience, products, processes and knowledge resources; help onboard customers and maintain store operations.
• Provide exceptional service, build rapport, reach out to potential customers, and help drive sales activity.
