Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools to showcase T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate value of T-Mobile products and services.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; onboard customers and support store operations.
• Builds relationships with leadership and nearby teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support.
