Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate to bring the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and educate on self-serve tools while delivering an outstanding retail experience.

Role emphasizes relationship-building, solution-based selling, and meeting quality of sale metrics in a fast-paced environment. Training and career growth are highlighted.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• - 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail setting and demonstrates value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital self-serve tools and onboarding processes to assist customers and deepen relationships.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; support opening/closing procedures and asset safety.
• Provide exceptional service, follow up with customers, capture referrals, and manage Be Back workflows.
• Collaborate with nearby leadership to support customer experience from account setup to device support.
