Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates for Store-in-Store roles within National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers, educate them on T-Mobile solutions, and drive sales while delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

You’ll train on products and store processes, work in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with store teams to support customer setups and service needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience (Retail preferred).
• Strong communication and people skills to engage customers.
• Ability to learn and use store systems and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating and showcasing T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools to identify needs and demonstrate value of products and services.
• Complete training on in-store processes, stay customer-ready, and onboard customers with proper procedures.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from setup to device support.
