Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring a Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store to engage customers in a high-traffic retail environment and demonstrate the value of our wireless solutions. You will educate customers, identify needs, and apply solution-based selling to drive satisfaction and sales.

You will complete in-store training, partner with nearby locations, and help onboard customers while upholding exceptional service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred. Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate value of T-Mobile products and services.
• Complete training on in-store experience, new skills, products and processes, and knowledge of systems and resources.
• Builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support.
