Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to energize National Sales partner locations and engage customers in a fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate products, educate customers, and guide them to self-serve options via the T-Mobile app, building trust and loyalty with every interaction.

You will train on in-store processes, collaborate with store teams, and aim to meet sales and service metrics while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience; retail environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to learn and use digital self-serve tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools.
• Demonstrate value of T-Mobile products and services and handle onboarding.
• Complete training and stay customer ready; support store operations and openings/closings.
• Build relationships with leadership and teams to support customer experience.
