T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to bring the T-Mobile brand to life in National Sales partner locations. In a high-traffic environment, you will engage customers, demonstrate solutions, and tailor wireless options to meet needs while building rapport and driving sales.

You will receive onboarding training, access to our benefits, stock grants, a 401(k), and ongoing development while delivering exceptional service and meeting quality of sale metrics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a high-traffic retail setting using digital tools.
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate wireless solutions.
• Complete training on in-store processes and stay customer-ready.
• Build relationships with nearby store locations and onboard customers.
