Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to bring the T-Mobile brand to life in National Sales partner locations.

In a high-traffic retail setting, you will educate customers, demonstrate solutions, and drive satisfaction through consultative selling and strong relationship building. You will participate in ongoing training, leverage digital tools, and collaborate with nearby stores to onboard customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment, educating customers and showcasing T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding to demonstrate value and deepen relationships.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products and processes, and stay customer-ready at all times; assist with on-boarding of customers and store operations.
• Be customer-obsessed: build rapport, trust, and loyalty, follow up with customers, capture referrals, manage Be Back processes.
