Job summary

T-Mobile USA is hiring Mobile Associates to bring the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. You will engage with customers in a high-traffic retail setting, educate them on solutions, and demonstrate value through hands-on product experiences.

As a Mobile Associate, you will work with digital tools, complete onboarding, and strive to exceed sales and service metrics while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment and educates them on T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital tools and self-serve resources to demonstrate value and onboard customers.
• Build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets.
