T-Mobile US Inc. is seeking Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to bring the T-Mobile brand to life inside National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers, demonstrate solutions, and educate on self-serve tools while maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role emphasizes building relationships, meeting quality of sale metrics, and contributing to a positive customer experience. On-the-job training leads to higher responsibilities and earnings potential.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and the ability to balance customer experience with performance goals.
• Ability to build rapport, educate customers, and guide them through product choices.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail setting using clear communication to showcase T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding to demonstrate value and drive adoption.
• Complete training on in-store processes, products, and systems to stay customer-ready.
• Assist with store operations and procedures, including opening/closing when needed.
