T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate at Store-in-Store locations to engage customers in a high-traffic environment, educate them on devices and plans, and help close sales with a solutions-focused approach.

You will participate in training, use digital tools, and collaborate with local store teams to ensure a memorable customer experience while meeting performance metrics and Be Back processes. You'll build relationships, demonstrate products, process transactions, and support

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a high-traffic retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail setting using digital tools.
• Identify customer needs and showcase T-Mobile solutions; educate and upsell.
• Complete training on in-store processes and use of Hub for updates.
• Build rapport, manage Be Back processes, and collect referrals.
• Collaborate with nearby stores to onboard customers and maintain store operations.
