You will use digital tools to explain network coverage and benefits, build relationships, and participate in trainings to stay current on products and processes. This role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 6 months of customer service or sales experience (preferred).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in Retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized technology and service solutions meeting customer needs.
• Demonstrate network coverage and service benefits using digital tools.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, systems and processes.
• Engage customers by understanding needs and providing hands-on demonstrations.
