Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Mobile Associate to assist customers in selecting and understanding wireless products and service plans in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role emphasizes building product knowledge, demonstrating features, and guiding customers through their shopping journey with strong service orientation. Candidates should have a High School Diploma/GED and at least 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a Retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
