Job summary

T-Mobile Store-in-Store Mobile Associates are the face of T-Mobile in a warehouse/club setting. You’ll educate customers, demonstrate products, and drive sales while delivering outstanding service in a high-traffic environment.

You'll train on store processes and gain knowledge of systems while building rapport and loyalty with customers. Eligible for training pay, incentives, stock grants, and company benefits as part of a total rewards package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and educate customers on benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; perform knowledge sharing and store operations.
