T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to be the face of T-Mobile in a warehouse/club kiosk, delivering energy and expertise to customers in a high-traffic environment.

You will educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions while aligning with the Un-carrier culture and company benefits. Training and progression opportunities accompany a focus on customer satisfaction and sales success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months in customer service or sales in retail preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to educate customers.
• Willingness to learn store processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating customers and showcasing benefits.
• Complete training on the store-in-store experience, new skills, products, processes, and systems; participate in knowledge sharing and store operations.
• Be friendly, establish rapport, and drive sales activity; attract customers, follow up, collect referrals, and build relationships.
