T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring for a mobile associate role focused on delivering excellent customer service and technology solutions in a fast-paced retail environment. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and complete training to stay knowledgeable about services and systems.

Responsibilities include utilizing digital tools to show network coverage, resolving inquiries, and assisting customers with purchases while supporting team initiatives for a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs.
• Utilize digital tools consistently to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support.
• Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
