Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate in a fast-paced National Retail partner environment. You will engage customers, demonstrate wireless solutions, and educate on self-serve tools while delivering exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma and at least 6 months in customer service or sales, with a passion for the connected world and a talent for building relationships that drive results. You will coordinate with store teams and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, using digital tools and educating customers on T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverages digital self-serve tools during interactions, identifies customer needs, and demonstrates value of products and services through solution-based selling.
• Completes training on store experience, products, processes and systems; reviews personal results and updates; on-boards customers and participates in store operations.
• Maintains customer obsession—friendly, engaging behavior; follows up with customers, captures referrals, and manages Be Back processes to build loyalty.
• Collaborates with nearby leadership and teams to support customer experience from setup to device support.
