The role emphasizes exceptional service, teamwork with store leadership, and meeting sales and quality metrics. Requires a High School Diploma and 6 months of customer service or sales experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months in customer service or sales, Retail environment preferred.
• Ability to engage customers in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a highly-traffic retail environment, educating them on T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools to demonstrate value and complete onboarding.
• Learn in-store processes, reviews on the Hub, and assist with opening/closing procedures.
