Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates for National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers, demonstrate and sell T-Mobile products, and help customers self-serve using the app and digital tools. The role emphasizes exceptional service, meeting sales targets, and staying aligned with in-store processes.

The position requires a High School Diploma/GED and 6 months of customer service or sales experience. Travel is not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and demonstrates the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverages digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding; uses solution-based selling techniques.
• Completes training on in-store processes, reviews personal results and promotions, and assists with on-boarding and store operations.
