Job summary

Join T-Mobile USA, Inc. as a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate, serving customers in a busy warehouse/club kiosk environment. You'll educate customers, demonstrate products, and drive sales while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced setting.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour plus $5.00 training pay, with on-the-job training during the first 90 days and a potential for an annual incentive. Eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), stock grants, and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a retail setting is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and showcase benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, systems, and processes.
• Proactively attract customers, follow up, collect referrals, and build relationships.

Education

6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment. (Preferred)
