Job summary

T-Mobile Store-in-Store Mobile Associates are the face of the brand in a busy warehouse/club kiosk. You’ll educate customers, demonstrate solutions, and help them stay connected in a fast-moving retail setting.

With on-the-job training and clear paths to advancement, you’ll earn an hourly base of $18.00 plus $5 training pay, plus potential incentives and a stock program that rewards growth and loyalty. Join a team-focused, energetic culture that values every interaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment and demonstrates the value of T-Mobile benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, and processes; engage in knowledge sharing and store operations.
• Provide exceptional service, build rapport, attract customers, and drive sales activity in the location.
