Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to join a fast-paced warehouse/club kiosk environment. You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and drive sales while delivering outstanding service and building relationships.

Requirements include a High School Diploma/GED and at least 6 months of customer service or retail sales experience. Base pay starts at $20.50 per hour, plus $5 training pay, with stock grants and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment. You will use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile's warehouse/club member benefits.
Complete training on the T-Mobile store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources. You will continuously learn and improve your skills to provide the best possible experience for our customers! Will perform skills practicing, knowledge sharing, and store operations.
