Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Experts to energize store environments and educate customers about our wireless solutions. You’ll engage shoppers in a fast-paced retail setting, demonstrate products, and use digital tools to support self-serve options.

Training and teamwork are emphasized to ensure outstanding customer experiences and hit performance targets. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, strong communication, and a passion for helping customers.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment.
• 30 days T-Mobile Mobile Associate experience required.
• Customer satisfaction and teamwork experience required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and demonstrates value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital self-serve tools to educate customers and deepen relationships.
• Complete training on store operations, products, processes and systems.
• Build rapport, follow up with customers, capture referrals, and meet sales targets.
• Support account setup, device support and account servicing with store leadership.
