T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Mobile Experts to join the Retail Team of Experts. You will engage customers, demonstrate devices and services, and drive sales while delivering a premium in-store experience.

You’ll be a brand ambassador who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds relationships, and uses digital tools to educate customers. This role supports growth and offers stock grants and strong rewards in a diverse workplace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred (0–2 years).
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Serving and selling to our customers, while providing a best in class customer experience and building loyalty
• Consistently leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding
• Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources
• Makes the most of their time on shift, consistently seeking out information between customers, learning about innovations in wireless and technology
• Partners with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service
