You will engage customers, demonstrate technology and service options, and guide shoppers through their journey, building product knowledge and using digital tools to assist decision making. The role emphasizes customer interaction, service plan recommendations, and collaboration with teammates to ensure a smooth, engaging customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Proficiency with digital tools and a customer-first mindset is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
