Job summary

T-Mobile USA is seeking a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to deliver energetic, knowledgeable customer experiences in a warehouse/club setting. You will educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions while adapting to a fast-paced environment and evolving technology.

Responsibilities include training, customer education, and proactive outreach to drive sales, referrals, and relationship building. 18+ years old, US work authorization, and prior retail or service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and educate customers on product value.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes; learn systems and resources.
• Be friendly, build rapport, attract customers, follow up, collect referrals, and drive sales activity.
