Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to be the face of T-Mobile inside a warehouse/club kiosk, delivering energy, passion, and expertise to every customer interaction.

You’ll educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions while thriving in a high-traffic environment where technology evolves and customer needs change. Responsibilities include proactive customer engagement, complete training on products and processes, and building relationships to drive sales.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment (Preferred).
• Customer satisfaction: Focused customer advocate who loves having fun with our customers.
• Team building: Desire to be part of the groundbreaking store team.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment. You will use digital tools, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile's warehouse/club member benefits.
• Complete training on the store experience, new skills, products, and processes. You will learn and improve your skills to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
• You will attract potential customers to drive sales activity, follow up with customers, and build relationships with new and existing customers.
