Job summary

At T-Mobile USA, Store-in-Store Mobile Associates are the face of T-Mobile inside a warehouse/club kiosk. You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and explain benefits while thriving in a high-traffic setting with evolving technology and customer needs.

You’ll complete full training on the store-in-store experience, products, processes, and reference resources, and you’ll work to exceed customer expectations through enthusiastic, personalized service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
• Educate customers and showcase the value of T-Mobile's warehouse/club member benefits.
• Complete training on the store-in-store experience and product knowledge; learn systems and reference resources.
• Continuously learn and improve skills to provide the best possible customer experience.
• Attract potential customers and drive sales activity; follow up with customers and collect referrals.
