Store-in-Store Mobile Associates at T-Mobile are the face of the brand, delivering energy, knowledge, and service in a warehouse/club kiosk setting. You’ll educate customers, demonstrate products, and help customers stay connected with confidence and friendliness.

You will complete training, build relationships, and contribute to sales while ensuring excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.

• Proactively engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, learn new skills, products, and processes; share knowledge and assist store operations.
• Provide outstanding customer service, educate customers, promote value and benefits, and drive sales activity at the location.
