Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking Mobile Associates to bring the T-Mobile brand to life in National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers, demonstrate solutions, and drive sales while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will receive extensive training, leverage digital tools, and aim to exceed performance targets while building lasting customer relationships and promoting Be Back processes.

Qualifications

• Coaching and mentoring customers and teammates to improve performance and service quality.
• Strong communication skills for effective customer interactions and product demonstrations.
• Ability to identify customer needs and translate them into solutions for sale and service.
• Knowledge sharing about products, services, and promotional offers to customers.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
• Use digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding to demonstrate value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Complete training on in-store experience, new skills, products and processes; review results and promotions.
• Be customer-obsessed: build rapport, trust, and loyalty; follow up with customers and manage referrals.
