Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates (Store-in-Store) to engage customers in a fast-paced retail setting and educate them on T-Mobile products and services. You will spot customer needs, demonstrate solutions, and drive sales while upholding exceptional service standards.

Qualifications

• Required High School Diploma or GED; 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Customer-focused and able to educate and engage customers in a high-traffic retail environment.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment and explains the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital self-serve tools during interactions; identify needs and demonstrate solutions.
• Provide training on in-store experience and on onboarding customers; maintain knowledge of promotions and systems.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support customer experience from setup to device support.
