Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to engage customers in a high-traffic retail setting. You will educate customers on T-Mobile solutions, demonstrate value, and use digital tools to close sales while delivering exceptional service.

You will work with store leadership to onboard customers, meet sales targets, and grow relationships through proactive outreach and referrals. This role includes training, knowledge sharing, and contributing to a customer-first experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment and showcases the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding to understand customer needs and demonstrate our offerings.
• Educate customers, build rapport, and drive sales activity while meeting quality of sale metrics.
• Partner with nearby store locations to onboard customers and support the customer experience from account setup to device support.
