Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate (Store-in-Store) to engage customers in a busy retail setting and demonstrate the value of our wireless solutions. You’ll learn products, use digital tools, educate customers, and build lasting relationships while aiming to meet sales targets.

You will contribute to a welcoming customer experience, collaborate with nearby stores, and participate in ongoing training to stay ahead in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a high-traffic retail setting and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding to demonstrate benefits.
• Complete training on in-store processes, stay updated via Hub, and on-board customers with care.
• Build rapport, follow up with customers, manage referrals, and support Be Back processes.
• Collaborate with nearby stores to onboard customers and maintain store operations.
