Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates to bring the brand to life in National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate them on T-Mobile solutions, and use digital tools to demonstrate value.

You will complete training, build relationships, and strive to exceed sales and customer experience targets. Role requires a High School Diploma and at least 6 months of customer service or sales experience.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service & sales mindset with ability to educate customers on solutions.
• Experience in a high-traffic retail environment is a plus.
• Able to learn and adapt to new products and in-store processes.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers in a busy retail setting, educate and demonstrate solutions.
• Use digital tools to assist customers and guide them through self-serve options.
• Complete training on in-store processes, product knowledge, and systems; maintain store readiness.
• Build rapport, identify needs, and drive sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
