T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate to bring the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers, demonstrate solutions, and drive sales in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll learn the in-store experience, tools, and processes while delivering exceptional service. Eligible for stock grants, benefits, and advancement opportunities as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred (Retail environment).
• Experience in a high-traffic retail setting and ability to engage customers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools.
• Educate customers and demonstrate value of T-Mobile products and services.
• Build relationships with customers and support onboarding and account setup.
