T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to engage customers and help them find the right devices and services in a fast-paced retail setting.

You’ll build proficiency in customer service, sales, and product knowledge, using digital tools to demonstrate coverage and benefits. The role includes on-the-job training and a pathway to higher roles with incentives and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs
• Utilize digital tools consistently to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support
• Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
