Job summary

You will guide customers through device setup, activation, and education; troubleshoot issues, assist with returns and exchanges, and look for opportunities to upsell accessories, reinforcing Comcast products and services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED is required.
• 0-2 Years relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide activation and education for mobile devices, guiding customers through setup and connectivity options.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic to complex device or service issues and assist with escalations.
• Assist customers with transferring contacts, emails, and media, and perform password resets with credential verification.
