Job summary

Comcast Retail Service Associate supports the store team by delivering a best-in-class customer experience across mobile, operational, and transactional activities. You will be a go-to technical and operational resource, helping maintain a clean, efficient store environment and providing exceptional customer support for mobile products and services.

Responsibilities include activating devices, guiding setup, troubleshooting escalations, and assisting with returns, warranty claims, and upgrades

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove activation of new devices and BYOD on the network.
• Guide customers through device setup and connectivity options.
• Assist with activation and pairing of wearable devices.
• Educate customers on accessories and add-ons to drive incremental revenue.
• Troubleshoot and resolve devices or service issues.
• Secure accounts and assist with lost/stolen device replacements.
