T-Mobile is hiring for Mobile Associates to join our Retail Team of Experts. You will educate customers on devices and services, demonstrate latest technology in-store, and help them complete their shopping journey across online, care, or in-store channels.

You will complete new-employee training as part of a learning role, building skills for the next level as a Mobile Expert while supporting a world-class customer experience and loyalty-driven sales.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer experience and build loyalty by helping customers throughout their shopping journey and demonstrating latest technology in-store.
• Develop proficiency with digital tools to explain network coverage, plans and services and complete in-store training and processes.
• Collaborate with T-Mobile employees across channels to resolve issues and identify small business leads.
