Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds proficiency related to serving and selling to our customers, while providing a world-class customer experience and building loyalty by exploring needs and demonstrating devices and services.
• Use digital tools to educate customers on coverage, plans, and latest technology; complete in-store training.
• Establish relationships with other teams to resolve issues and identify opportunities.
