Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred. Required
• High School Diploma/GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer experience by assisting customers and demonstrating devices and plans.
• Gain proficiency with digital tools, learn coverage, and complete in-store training.
• Partner with cross-channel teams to own the customer experience and generate leads.
