You will build relationships with customers, learn products and services, and train for the Mobile Expert role in a fast‑paced, learning‑oriented environment. You will demonstrate devices, uncover customer needs, and recommend solutions while delivering a world‑class shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred. Required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers

Responsibilities

• Provide world‑class customer service and help customers with their shopping journey.
• Demonstrate devices and services, uncover needs, and offer personalized solutions.
• Engage in side‑by‑side selling to meet customer goals and expand product adoption.
