The role focuses on educating customers, showcasing value, and driving sales while providing outstanding service and building rapport with shoppers and club members. Training and development are emphasized to ensure strong knowledge of products and processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service/sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and educating customers on store-in-store benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; continuously learn to provide the best customer experience.
• At T-Mobile, provide exceptional service, attract potential customers, follow up with referrals, and build relationships with new and existing customers.
