Job summary

T-Mobile Store-in-Store Mobile Associates are the face of T-Mobile inside a warehouse/club kiosk setting, delivering energy, passion, and product expertise to every customer interaction. In a high-traffic retail environment, you will educate customers, demonstrate solutions, and drive sales while delivering outstanding service.

Starting pay includes hourly base plus training pay, with future opportunities for promotion and annual stock grants.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment.
• Complete training on the store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; participate in knowledge sharing and store operations.
• Provide outstanding customer experiences, educate and educate customers, drive sales and build relationships.
