Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to join our warehouse/club kiosk team, delivering energy, education, and solutions to customers in a high-traffic retail environment.

You will complete training on products, services, and processes, demonstrate solutions, and build relationships while helping customers stay connected. Compensation includes base pay, training pay, and potential incentives with stock grants through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required (or equivalent).
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment. You will use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile’s warehouse/club member benefits.
• Complete training on the T-Mobile store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources. You will continuously learn and improve your skills to provide the best possible experience for our customers! Will perform skills practicing, knowledge sharing, and store operations.
