Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to energize a high-traffic retail environment inside a warehouse/club kiosk. You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and showcase the value of benefits while building lasting relationships.

You'll complete focused training on the store-in-store experience and evolve from mobile associate to mobile expert, earning incentives and potential stock-based rewards as you grow within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to engage customers, educate, and drive sales in a high-traffic environment.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in a busy retail setting, educate and demonstrate products, and drive sales.
• Complete training on store-in-store processes, products, and systems, and share knowledge with customers.
• Engage customers, build rapport, collect referrals, and nurture relationships to exceed expectations.
