Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to be the face of the brand in a busy warehouse/club kiosk setting. You will educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions while delivering outstanding customer experiences in a high-traffic environment.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months in customer service or sales within a retail setting. Compensation includes hourly pay with training pay, incentives, and stock-based benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate customers, and showcase the value of store benefits.
• Complete training on store-inside-store experience, skills, products, and processes, including system knowledge and reference resources.
• Build rapport, trust, and loyalty with customers, drive sales activity, and follow up with referrals and Be Back opportunities.
